Position: Dr. Arnaud Yaliki is Teacher and researcher (University of Bangui), Commissioner of the Truth, Justice Commission of the Central African Republic and Founding President of the Central African Observatory on Transitional Justice. He has a dual background in public law and political science, culminating in a doctorate in law, which he completed at the University of Paris Est Créteil (France). Since 2018, he has served as a faculty member and researcher at the University of Bangui, in the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences, where he has built his career. He is the author of several articles and a book. In April 2024, he was sworn in as a Commissioner of the Truth, Justice, Reparation, and Reconciliation Commission. His research focuses on international human rights law, international criminal justice, and transitional justice. In addition to teaching, Arnaud YALIKI has held other positions of responsibility, including Permanent Secretary of the Central African Republic’s Interfaith Platform, legal advisor to Parliament, assistant to the judges of the Constitutional Council, Ambassador, and Chargé de Mission for African Integration and La Francophonie at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has carried out several missions as an independent consultant, commissioned by the United Nations and other regional organizations (In Transformation Initiative, Institute for Justice and Reconciliation, Impunity Watch, International Center for Transitional Justice). He is a member of the Community of Practitioners, an African Union platform that brings together former. Skills and expertise: 1.
