PhD in Public Law specializing in Public International Law with extensive academic and practical experience in international humanitarian law, transitional justice, and human rights protection in armed conflict. I am currently a Lecturer of Public International Law with over ten years of combined experience in teaching, legal research, and applied legal analysis in both academic and professional settings.

My research focuses on transitional justice mechanisms, accountability for international crimes, protection of civilians in conflict zones, and the legal implications of emerging technologies in warfare, including artificial intelligence and cyber operations. I have published peer-reviewed articles in Scopus-indexed journals and contributed to international conferences on humanitarian law, conflict resolution, and global governance.

In addition to my academic work, I have practical experience in legal investigations and institutional compliance, which has strengthened my ability to bridge theoretical frameworks with real-world applications in justice systems and governance structures.

I am particularly interested in comparative transitional justice, post-conflict reconstruction, and strengthening legal accountability mechanisms in fragile and conflict-affected societies.
